Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Toma app. Toma is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below. If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple's agreement.
Toma Pro subscription
- Toma Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered weekly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Some offers include a free trial; the trial length and the price that follows are shown before you start it.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
